      The Business Development Representative will be responsible for supporting and working in tandem with the Account Executive. The company provides B2B to both small and multi-national companies with subscribers frequently at the senior manager level.Their services are widely known and used throughout the business aviation industry and the Business Development Representative will be responsible for placing themselves and this organization front of mind when potential clients need data on this market.This is an ideal role for an existing business development representative or an organized clear communicator looking to start a career in data sales, business services or aviation.Details:- Location: In-Office - Tinton Falls, NJ- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5- Employment Type: Full Time (Temp-Perm)- Salary: $45,000-$50,000k/yr + Commission & Benefits!Responsibilities:- Understand the company's business, services, and value proposition- Perform outreach to prospects in a global territory via phone, email, and other communication methods- Grow a database of qualified prospective clients through outreach and handling incoming opportunities.- Develop a firm understanding of potential client market data needs- Use a consultative approach to understand and overcome qualified prospect objections- Demonstrate the benefits of the company's data to potential clients, leading to trial subscriptions- Demonstrate the company's applications and effectively communicate their benefits.- Tee up warm prospects for hand-off to the Account Executive- Stand in for Account Executive when needed- Assist with micro marketing efforts to support the sales effort- Represent the organization at a small number of domestic trade shows each year- Develop long-term relationships with potential clients, influencers, and key industry contacts.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Sourcing qualified leads for the Account Executive for the company's web-based subscription applications.- The role also requires coordination with the customer service department, directing small marketing projects to support sales and collaborating with the product development team.- To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.- This role will report to the Account Executive.Education:BachelorsExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Detail oriented, persistent, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to meet objectives.- A minimum of 1 year of successfully supporting B2B sales (ideally SaaS, software, or data services) or demonstration of experience and ability to enter this role.- Comfortable with both phone and in-person communications.- High ethical standards.- Team player.
