As the CNC Manufacturing Team Leader/Production, you will serve as a vital link between the Supervisor, CNC Machinists, and Deburr department.Your main objective is to complete customer orders or produce high-quality goods while managing your team to achieve optimal performance based on demand. This includes the allocation of resources to meet production and delivery deadlines while minimizing waste.Responsibilities:Manage workflow through the work center
