        The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a member of the company's commercial team and acts as the liaison between our customers, sales team, and the operations (manufacturing, quality, production planning etc.) group. The CSR resides in the manufacturing plant and works directly with the Sales and Operations team members to address any matters pertaining to the implementation, management, execution and delivery of our products and services to our customers. This position also assists and shares many tasks in the supporting of the office, and production areas, by helping with many tasks within the facility.Responsibilities:Responsibilities and Duties (These include but are not limited to)Customer Relations:Order Entry??? Assist with entry of customer orders into the system.???
