        Position Summary:Reporting to the Plant Manager and CFO, the Plant Controller is responsible for directing the financial affairs of the plant and prepares financial analyses of operations, including financial statements with supporting schedules for the guidance of management. The Plant Controller is responsible for the Company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. The position involves supervision over general accounting, property accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, purchasing, and budgetary controls.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance2. MBA a plus3. 5 or more years of hands-on accounting practice in a manufacturing environment showing progression to plant controllership.4.
