      Job Summary: Primary responsibility is to work with commercial clients insuring the highest level of customer service. Specific service and marketing responsibilities are required in this position. Meets service and sales delivery standards and performs essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:New Client Processing:Create/Edit Client File in computer and attach all forms & documents to file.Convert the Client file to Binder and print all required documents including the ACORD application, binders, certificates ofinsurance, and auto I.D. cards to be mailed to the client.Invoice premiums for direct and agency bill and set up financing if necessary.Produce & mail all necessary client correspondence including thank you letter and privacy letter.When new policies are received, update the policy information in computer, verify policies for accuracy, make any necessary changes, and mail or deliver policies to the client.Any policy corrections are to be done through endorsements and a letter must be sent to the client detailing the corrections.Time-lines and procedures must be followed according to Work Flow without exception.Responsibilities:.Working hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:. .Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
