      Spherion has partnered with SpecialMade Goods & Services Inc.; located in Winchester, VA Since 1997, SpecialMade has served the commercial, B2B market selling Rubbermaid Commercial Products, their replaceable parts and creative custom solutions to some of the largest commercial distributors in the US, including Grainger, Uline and US Foods, to name just a few. Our products and custom solutions are used by high profile business end users like Buffalo Wild Wings, Target and the TSA.Responsibilities:As a member of the Management team, The Sales Director leads their department in the planning, execution and follow up of sales and marketing efforts focused on achieving profitable sales growth. Incumbent will create strategies and tactical plans for new account acquisition, the cultivation of existing accounts, building collaborative relationships with distributor customers, manufacturing partners (primarily Rubbermaid and Carlisle) and their related reps and sales leadership. The Manager is accountable for clear and timely communication and coordination with internal SpecialMade functions on sales related issues impacting the business. The role has 3 direct reports: Inside Sales, Custom Solutions Specialist, and Graphic Designer. This role is focused on driving sales and profits from our customer account base of commercial distribution (Grainger, Uline, Essendant, US Foods, etc.). Sales and business development efforts will focus on SpecialMade???s core revenue streams, including:-Rubbermaid Replaceable component parts-Custom Solutions (product screen printing, hot stamping, vinyl labels/graphics and physical product modifications)-Finished Goods (primarily Rubbermaid and Carlisle), sold to distribution-Proprietary products, developed by SpecialMadeWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Strategy & Sales account planning and executionProduct or category managementMarketing basicsHigh proficiency MS Office applications and overall computer skillsEducation:BachelorsExperience:7-10 yearsQualifications:5+ years??? experience leading and managing inside sales groupsProven experience in the commercial B2B space, selling products (not services or managing a customer service call center)Strategy & Sales account planning and executionProduct or category managementMarketing basicsHigh proficiency MS Office applications and overall computer skillsRubbermaid experience in sales, marketing or product management a plus.
