      The Customer Service Associate-Wholesale is responsible for providing support to our internal and external customers. This role will operate within established policies and procedures to ensure that we meet or exceed our goals and metrics. This is a Direct Hire position.Responsibilities:1. Communicates with customers, sales representatives and other team members in an empathetic and professional manner offering creative solutions when appropriate.2. Thorough knowledge of product lines, policies, processes, and procedures.3.
