This position includes working some evenings and weekends as support for customers. You would be providing first level assessment and direction for all internal and/or external customers, inputting call details into a problem management system for reporting and tracking purposes to ensure reported incidents are addressed and resolved in a timely manner! IT background or PC/Desktop tech support experience is a plus for this role!
