      Spherion Gainesville FL has a client looking for a Leasing/Facility Manager to manage occupancy, rent collection, maintain all leases, asses maintenance and repairs, monitor utilities, etc. Let's get to work.Responsibilities:- Manage occupancy and leasing of all properties- Ensure rents are collected; occupancy is at 100% on available properties- Facilitate leasing of said properties, creating and maintaining all leases, covenants and agreements- Verification of rental income and subsequent posting of notices for delinquent tenants and coordinating with attorney as needed- Asset Maintenance/Repair- Use purchase orders for outside vendors, vetting of vendors (obtain documentation such as W9, insurance etc.)- Walk properties twice a year for signs of neglect by tenant or repair- Monitor more than one property- Ensure all utilities under the property umbrella are connected and paid timely- Accrue CAM costs, create spreadsheet and bill tenants as appropriate- Maintenance of AppFolio system- Handle tenant cash receipts- Other duties as assignedWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- PC and Microsoft Office proficiencyEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2 plus years leasing experience Are you ready to start your next career?
