Has responsibility for annual open enrollment, new hire benefit enrollment and qualifying events. Maintain file feeds for auto enrolling employee benefits and updates with all carriers. - Ensure company compliance with federal, state and local employment laws to include FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, EEOC, USERRA, Affirmative Action, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, etc.- Manages bi-weekly payroll process to include data input of new hires, terminations, compensation changes, hours worked, processing and reporting. Maintains payroll software, keeps up-to-date on software developments and ensures all employees are trained to use.- Coordinates various activities, arranges meetings and events and informs all involved parties.- Supports employee development through facilitation of employee training.       Oversees the approval and declines of consumer loan applications. Responsible for organizing, planning, and directing the company's consumer loan functions to maximize profits and growth.
