      Precision machine shop in Kalispell Montana manufacturing commercial rocket engine components is seeking a machinist to machine precision parts using CNC mills and/or lathes following engineering drawings and verbal instructions.Responsibilities:-Set up and operates CNC mills and CNC lathes-Machines simple to complex parts to print specifications-Writes programs and edits existing programs-Works with minimal supervision-Directs and trains less experienced machinists-Fixture design and manufacturing-Completes set-up sheets and all shop related documents-Deburr's jobs while in production and as needed upon completion-Keeps workplace safe, clean and organizedWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:-Strong mechanical aptitude and machining background with a focus on prototype and close tolerances while machining high temp alloys-Ability to run CNC machines including mills and lathes.-Good math skills including geometry, algebra and trigonometry-Ability to write and perform edits of CNC machining programs-Proven ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and proficient use of measuring and gauging instruments.- Working knowledge of GD&TEducation:High SchoolExperience:7-10 yearsQualifications:-Typically requires a High School Diploma, technical/trade school training or equivalent-10+ plus years related experience-Must be a US Citizen as defined by ITAR.
