      As a Human Resources Trainer, you will provide technical training to new and existing employees in a variety of areas of operations, as needed and required. Develop instructor-led and e-learning training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and enhance employee knowledge.       Spherion is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This would be a temporary position to cover a leave of absence, but may be extended if the right fit is found! If you enjoy working with people and staying busy, this may be the chance that you have been waiting for to get your foot in the door with a local staffing office!
