      Spherion Naples has partnered with a growing medical device company in the Naples area as they seek to directly hire a Quality Assurance Manager.Responsibilities:Oversee the Quality Control department and its daily operations.Ensures processes, necessary for the Quality Management System are established, utilized, and maintained.Has oversight of the Employee training program ensuring that proper training is conducted and recorded.Establishes in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.Establishes final inspection standards by devising testing methods and procedures.Ensures all legal and ethical requirements are followedWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Ability to read blueprintsAbility to multi-taskMust be able to communicate and both verbally and in written form in a professional manner.Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint proficient.Planning and organizational abilities requiredEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Responsible for the overall Quality Assurance System currently in place.
