        Open and close the office daily (see checklists).Answer incoming phone calls with a professional demeanor.Greet visitors and guests with a professional demeanor.Create Fed Ex shipping labels and track expense, facilitate plant mail operations.Maintain Winchester Ops community space.Prepare postings for employee bulletin boards as needed, weekly & monthly.Input into Payment Request System for payment.Work with vendors on payment statements, payment status, etc.Prepare invoices as needed, including updating tracking documents as necessary.Work closely with Senior Operations Support Manager on special projects.Coordinate shipment of sales sample requests from Customer Service.Coordinate contractor access and maintain accurate contractor compliance files. Coordinate employee uniform and personal locker assignments.Coordinate office supply orders.Maintain and update daily approved master list.Prepare and deliver new hire onboarding materials representing Operations Office.Continual program coordination assistance with outsourced contracted services reporting to Operations Support.Maintain files and compliance for vendors: Contracts, Ethical Sourcing, Certificates of Insurance and Confidentiality Agreements.Operations office filing including understanding and facilitation of the document retention plan.Other basic office administration duties including meeting coordination, plant catering facilitation, etc.Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.Responsibilities:.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:. .Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
