Develops and administers various human resources plans for all company personnel. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Oversees the administration of Workers' Compensation programs. Oversees all Benefits management including, but not limited to: PTO, Health, 401K, Unemployment, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. These include but are not limited to EEO reporting, OSHA and DOL regulations, etc. Unemployment claims Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
