The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume recruiting, customer service, and human resources functions. - Full Cycle Recruiting ( identify, attract, interview, select, hire and onboard employees ) - Follow daily activity reports and metrics to attain goals with minimal supervision - Establish, develop and adjust recruiting plans based on market and company needs- Review and analyze industry information, reports and trends to propose solutions and new ideas (Recruiting, employee retention, client relations, etc.) - Maintain and document candidate communication and progress within the applicant tracking system- Hire, coach and develop employees in their different roles -Maintain and develop a pipeline of candidates and prospects - Write, post, market and distribute Job descriptions for light industrial, clerical, technical and professional areas; Update and maintain job posting databases and sources - Create, develop and nurture Communication strategies with clients and candidates- Establish and maintain professional relationships with different recruiting and networking sources, including businesses and community organizations- Fully staff open/available job openings timely and with qualified candidatesWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Choosing a career opportunity that fits your personality and skills is crucial to your success.
