Back first opened the Lansing office in 2013 and took ownership of the Battle Creek office in 2018. During that time, Domeyer worked as a retail store manager for a big box retailer, where she gained experience in operations and human resources. After Back passed away in July 2021 from a three-year battle with cancer, Domeyer took over ownership of the offices, relying on her experience in management and HR to reestablish Spherion’s presence in west Michigan.
