    Spherion specializes in manufacturing and logistics, administrative and clerical, non-clinical healthcare, and professional roles such as finance, IT, and sales. Our locations offer temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent positions. 

  • Can I find remote work through Spherion?

    Yes, Spherion hosts a variety of on-site, hybrid, and remote opportunities depending on the specific needs of our hiring partners. Check with your local office about the availability of remote jobs. Because of the popularity of remote work, many of our locations fill remote roles with candidates already in their database. So, it's a good idea to reach out to your local Spherion location and make your goals known with our team so you can be among the first to know about new remote jobs. 

  • Does Spherion charge job seekers a fee?

    No, Spherion's staffing and placement services are completely free for job seekers. 

    We occasionally hear about job seekers receiving texts, Telegram, or WhatsApp messages from individuals posing as Spherion and offering jobs in exchange for a startup fee or your information. These messages are not from our recruiters, and you should not engage with them. You can read more about protecting yourself from employment scams on our employment scams page. 

    If someone contacts you in an unsolicited way about working for Spherion, watch out for these red flags:

    • Says they are with "Spherion Company." Our name is Spherion Staffing. Our real recruiters never identify themselves as somone with "Spherion Company."
    • Offers part-time or remote work involving taking surveys or doing other online work from home. Most of our real jobs do not involve this kind of work.
    • Asks for your bank account information, or other sensitive information such as your social security number. NEVER give out this information over text or email. Real Spherion recruiters will not ask for this information until you have been offered a job and a start date, and will always ask for it in person.
    • Asks you to send them money for equipment such as a laptop or other office supplies. We do not charge our employees for office equipment.

    If you receive a message about working with Spherion that sounds too good to be true, it's probably a scam. Call your local Spherion location to verify any job offers that don't seem legitimate. We will gladly confirm our messaging activity or reidrect you to a legitimate offer.
