The individual will assist with processing gift batches using Raiser's Edge, produce gift receipts and/or individual acknowledgement letters, donor thank you calls and adding and editing biographical data as well as supporting other administrative duties in the development department.Responsibilities:Produce gift documentation, including acknowledgement letter or receipts, tribute letters and gift matching forms. Assist with donor thank you phone calls. Assist with entering event data for tours and events.Do basic research as needed to identify addresses; establish relationships within records for future stewardship. Provide backup gift entry processing in support of Data Support Associate II during heavy data entry times and vacations.
